Exhibition Packages

Monk Associates founder Peter Monk has over 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 10 years experience in both exhibition and logistics management. This means they can provide the perfect solution to ensure that all the necessary work is undertaken to guarantee that your exhibition is a complete success.

 

From Start to Finish you can be rest assured that  Monk Associates will provide you with a “First Class” service.

MA have broken down the exhibitions services into three areas, Pre-event,
During-event, and Post-event.


Pre-event

We will set up a meeting with all parties associated with the Exhibition to discuss requirements.

  • Marketing Franchise Team
  • Medical Education Team
  • Medical Affairs
  • HCC Team
  • Booth Designers/builders
  • Logistics Agencies
Once the requirements are specified, Monk Associates will ensure that the following is completed:
  • Exhibition design – in line with Marketing messages
  • Exhibition panels – designed and signed off by all parties required
  • Exhibition materials – will be discussed and agreed by all parties

Monk Associates will provide the following service for the exhibition sales team.
  • We will use our customer knowledge to recruit experienced people within the organisation to staff the exibition stand.

  • Will liaise with company's preferred suppliers

  • Will take care of regular communication via email/letter to the sales team to ensure that they are fully up- to- date.
     

During-event

We will arrange a meeting to discuss your exhibition requirements and objectives of the exhibition. Attendees will usually be;

  • Marketing Franchise Team
  • Medical Education Team
  • Medical Affairs
  • Health Care compliance Team
  • Exhibition Designers/builders
  • Logistics Agencies

Once the requirements are specified, Monk Associates will ensure that the following is completed:

  • Exhibition design – in line with Marketing messages
  • Exhibition panels – designed and signed off by all parties required (if required)
  • Exhibition materials – will be ordered via key contact from Group after agreement by all parties


Monk Associates will provide the following services for the exhibition:

  • Recruitment of experienced Sales team to staff the exhibition stand for the duration of the meeting

  • Liaison with company's preferred suppliers

  • Regular communication via email/letter to sales team to ensure they are fully up to date
   


Post-event

Once the exhibition ended, MA will:

  • Liaise with exhibition builders to ensure all materials are packaged and ready to send back to the companies involved
  • Ensure that all the required paperwork is to be taken care of

A report on the meetings will be compiled and sent to all members of the congress team, this will include:

  • Report on the meeting - what went well & where there is room for improvement
  • Feedback on sales team members.
  • Suggestions for future meetings


Budget breakdown:

  • Exhibition Stand: Exhibition design/build up/transport.
  • MA will give a full breakdown on sales team expenses.
  • Full breakdown of MA expenses.

MA will ensure all corporate documents are completed and filed with the correct department.
